An unexpected error pops up when I’m trying to create a sales receipt. How do I fix this?

"Unexpected errors" can occur for a few reasons, including cache and Internet-related issues. Since QuickBooks Online is a cloud software, it relies on browser, application, and Internet performance for optimum functionality. Making sure these items are operating as they need to be to have smooth sailing in QuickBooks is as easy as going through the troubleshooting steps below.

After each, try to create the sales receipt again to see if you run into the same error. If not, you're good to go! If you do, try the next step until you reach the end of the list.
