AR Report

AR or Open invoice reports are not pulling description from the invoices into the report. Is there an easy way for me to track what the A/Rs are for? The easiest I can find is by going into QBO and looking at each invoice. Is that the easiest way?

It's great to see you in Community.  Welcome!  QuickBooks Online has the versatility you need to complete your daily tasks seamlessly.  I'd be glad to assist!

 

Having the ability to see what matters most when running your reports, can be done with the customization options.  Here's how to see the memo/description on the Open Invoices report;

 

1. Open Reports from the left menu

2. Enter Open Invoices in the Search field

3. Use the ▼ dropdown menu to enter the Report period

4. Click on Settings ⚙ in the top right of the report

5. Click on Show More

6. Checkmark the box to include Memo/Description
