Are any other members having issues with their TD transactions not syncing with QBO?

Hi there hmebooks,

 

It's important that all your transactions are correctly entered for your books to be well balanced. QuickBooks Online is a great tool able to connect to multiple bank websites to import transactions in order to save you time with data entry. I can provide some information about bank connections.

 

One place I always recommend checking to see the status of bank connections would be the QuickBooks Online bank feed status page. Known issues with certain banks are entered there. 

 

The first step to try to resolve any bank connection issue would be to click on the pencil beside the affected account on the banking tab, then Edit sign-in info. Enter the information that you use to sign into the bank's site. Once done, save, then try to force an update by clicking Update.
