Are categorized transactions recorded ?

Welcome to Community!  QuickBooks Online Banking feature is a dynamic way to keep your accounts accurate and up to date.  I'll be happy to assist!

QuickBooks automatically downloads the latest transactions when you connect your accounts.  This is a great time saver and makes matching and categorizing a breeze.  When you've completed the process you're ready to reconcile the account so your books are aligned with your bank statements.  It's recommended that you reconcile your accounts in sequence, on a monthly basis.  Here's a helpful guide for your reference.

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?) Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > enter "Contact support" > hit Contact Us > provide a brief summary of your situation > hit Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
