Asking for closing password when there is none

I have Quickbooks installed on two computers. The main computer is running on Windows 7. I recently upgraded the second computer to Windows 10 and reinstalled Quickbooks. On this computer whenever the second user tries to enter a sales order he gets

the window asking for a closing date password. There is no closing date password set. I re-installed Quickbooks but it is still happening.

The version of Quickbooks that I am using is Accountant Edition 2019

Please provide a work around solution.

I found my answer on another post. It was the date format that was used in Windows 10. It's different than the format in Windows 7. Once that was changed I no longer got the message.

Run the Verify/Rebuild Data. If it found nothing and the problem still persists, open your data file on trial license of Pro 2020 to isolate the problem.
