My customers can’t see attachments. 
I attached pdf service reports to my invoices and the customer doesn’t see them but they are there when I open the invoice in qb.

It's vital that your customers receive all the correct information for the purchases they've made with your company. QuickBooks Online is a great tool able to help you create and send invoices to customers all while entering them in your books. I can point you in the right direction for assistance with attachments.

 

For assistance with attachments not being sent with your transactions, I recommend reaching out to the QuickBooks Online support team. They'll be able to view how your transactions were created as well as your account settings to see why these attachments aren't being sent, provide you with some steps to resolve this, and notify our engineers if needed. You can reach out to them using these methods:

 

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?)Help in the upper right > type and enter "Contact support" into the QB Assistant > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
