Attachments list is not updating

The list of attachments available when entering an invoice or bill has stopped updating with new attachments. The attachments show up when viewed under the gear icon, but not in the sidebar when creating a sales receipt. I have one attachment that should be connected to multiple transactions.

Welcome back to the Community! It's important the program is working as expected. I'll be happy to steer you in the right direction so you can get the resolution you need. QuickBooks offers the flexibility you need to manage your business from anywhere using the internet.

 

First, I'd like to determine if this may be a browser-related issue. The best way to do that is by clearing cache and cookies on your browser. As you use your browser, it collects cache and cookies which may cause display issues on other websites. I encourage you to check out this helpful article here that shows you how to clear them.

  • Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?)Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > type and enter "Contact support" into the QB Assistant > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.

Thank you for your reply.  I have tried clearing the cookies and cache but it did not resolve the problem.  I shall contact support.
