Audit Log

Hello All 

In order to resolve a disagreement I need to find out how much time I had spent in a clients book. Is there any any efficient way to find out from Audit log. In Audit logs I see there 1590 entries including my sing in /sign out.

I can calculate this way - Select a date , take the log in time and log out time. Thus find out total time spend on a particular day. And it is time consuming . 

 

Any help, would be appreciated .

It's a pleasure to see you in Community!  I can see how beneficial it would be, to have the total user times available in the Audit log.  However, there currently isn't a way to filter this.  If you'd like to see this moving forward, you can submit a suggestion to our Development Team. Recommendations are greatly appreciated to assist with improving your overall customer experience with QuickBooks Online.  In the interim, you could transfer the information to a spreadsheet to calculate the total time spent in client accounts, in a more timely fashion.
