Hi there junayd-ahmed,

It's important that you have access to the correct information in order to manage your company's books. QuickBooks online is a great tool able to help you keep track of sales and expense transactions n order to see the profit of your company. I can point you in the right direction for assistance with the audit log.

FI your company admin sees more information in the audit log, one cause may be browsing data accumulated in your browser, device, or network. Here are some steps to resolve issues caused by these temporary files:

If the error still persists, I recommend reaching out to the QuickBooks Online support team outside of the Community. They'll be able to see your access as well as the access of your company admin through a screen share in a secure setting to help you get the access you need. You can reach them using these steps:

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?)Help in the upper right > type and enter "Contact support" into the QB Assistant > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.

If you have any other questions, feel free to reach out here.
