Backorder issue in PO

Hi guys!

 

We have a problem with B/O items indicated in PO we have. The Received and B/O amounts do not match the items we received from our vendor (with the sum in Item Receipt). How can I adjust these quantities? How is the system keep track of B/O quantity?

Welcome to the Community. QuickBooks Desktop is a great program that gives you the ability to simply track your sales and expenses. I'd be glad to point you in the right direction to get the support you need regarding the B/O.

 

I encourage you to reach out to an accountant. They will be able to help you adjust your B/O quantity to ensure that your books are balanced and up to date.
