Bank reconciliations for full year done for 2023

Hi Everyone,

My client reconciled Jan to Dec 2023 bank reconciliations.

However, when he got to June 2023 he entered the date as June 2024, he somehow reconciled it and closed it and went to the next month and entered July 2023 and so on for the rest of the year.
So if I go to reconcile I see the last bank reconciled is Dec 31 2023. 
How do I fix this? Can I undo more then one month , undue all the months to right up to May 31 2023 and do the rest over again?
this is QuickBooks online. Any advise would be appreciated.

Thanks for reaching out about your client's reconciliations. QuickBooks Online Accountant is a great tool able to assist in helping you connect with all your clients' books from one platform. I can provide some information about removing a reconciliation.

 

You can undo the reconciles all the way up to the wanted date by following the steps in this article if you're accessing your client's books from your  QuickBooks Online Accountant platform. Once undone, you can redo the reconciliation for those months so that the ending dates will be correct.
