Bank transactions for 2023

Hi there, bear with me, I’m new. I connected my RBC bank account and credit card but it’s only importing transactions from Jan 11, 2024 to present. How to I get it to automatically upload data for 2023? Need it for taxation purposes. Thanks in advance.

You can use MT Online or one of the converter tools (e.g csv2qbo @ $60 one time license) as a workaround.

Some financial institutions have limitations on the date range for downloading transactions when you connect your bank account to QuickBooks. While some offer 30-days, others may offer 90-120. However, you can manually import transactions by following the steps in this link.
