Bank transactions not up to date: BMO BANK
Today, I noticed that my QB transactions were stopped on November 14 2024 and since then, nothing has been imported. A customer rep helped me manually input those transactions since then even though a few are missing since it's been almost 3 months but it seems very inconvenient that I can't do much about it. Even with us uploading the transaction manually, the banking balance is still showing the balance from November 14, 2024.
The customer rep said that there is an ongoing investigation regarding this issue and they are working on it but I couldn't find any news updates or notices from Quickbooks online regarding this issue. When I pressed about the ETA of this fix, they mentioned that 'unfortunately, they don't know the ETA'.
What is going on?
