Bill Payments

Hello

I have a bill payment that has to be split 3 ways with different names/percentages. Is there a way I can do this entering the bill once? Or do I have to enter the same  bill 3X with the different names/percentages on each?

Welcome to the Community. It' important to correctly your bill payments to keep your books up to date. QuickBooks Online is a great program that gives you the ability to easily track your sales and expenses. I'd be glad to point you in the right direction to record your bill payments.

 

At this moment, the program offers the option to record multiple bill payments from a single supplier. if a bill payment needs to be entered in 3 ways with different suppliers, I'd encourage you to enter 3 different bills with their names/percentages. This will allow you to track each bill and bill payment with the name of their supplier. I can see the benefit of having this function and I encourage you to send us Feedback by clicking on the Gear icon at the top. This is sent to our Development Team to consider for future updates.
