BMO not updating

It's been over 3 weeks since BMO was updated in QBO. We have reported this issue several times and the only answer we get is that QB engineers are investigating the issue. Does anyone have any idea when this investigation will be over and when QB's connection to BMO will be restored?

Our engineers have been made aware of this issue and they're working hard to help get you back on track with your work. While there isn't an estimated time frame for a fix, I encourage you to contact our support team so they can add your account to the investigation. This ensures you stay updated about the investigation. Here are our contact details:

  • Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?)Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > type and enter "Contact support" into the QB Assistant > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.

  • Support hours are from Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. ET.

In the meantime, I recommend manually uploading your transactions using the guidance in this article here. In case you encounter duplicate transactions, you can delete them by following these steps here:

1. Navigate to the Banking menu or Transactions menu, then select the Banking tab.
2. Click on the For Review tab.
3. Select the checkbox of the transactions to exclude.
4. Hit Exclude.
