Business name change not reflecting in QBO

Welcome to Community!  QuickBooks Online is a dynamic program with the versatility you need to complete your tasks with peace of mind.  It's important that your business name is accurate.  I'll be happy to assist!

Here's how to change the company name;

1. Go to Settings ⚙ in the top right and choose Account and settings

2. Click on Company from the left menu

3. Hit the Edit ✎ to the right of the Company name section

4. Make the necessary corrections

Note; If the legal name is the same as the company name, checkmark the box for Same as company name

5. Select the Edit ✎ to the right of the Business number section to ensure it's accurate

6. When finished, hit Save and then Done
