Camera error, snap receipt not working. How can I fix this?

It's nice to see you in Community.  Welcome!  Using the QuickBooks Online Receipt feature, is a great way to record your expenses while on the go.  I'd be glad to assist!

 

To ensure you're able to snap receipts, I recommend refreshing the app.  If you experience the same outcome, uninstall and reinstall it.  Should you require additional assistance, please contact us.  We'd enjoy the opportunity to work with you in real time and ensure your QuickBooks Online Receipt function is working as designed.  

 

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?) Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > enter "Contact support" > hit Contact Us > provide a brief summary of your situation > hit Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
