Can I archive products/services?

It's important that you only have the necessary services in order to keep your books organized. QuickBooks Online is a great tool able to help you keep track of your sales and expenses so you can see your company's profit. I can provide information about making products inactive,

if you no longer need a product or service for future transactions, you can certainly make them inactive by going to the Sales tab, then Products and Services. Find the one you're looking for in the list, then click the drop-down arrow in the last column of the row to sect make Inactive.
