Can I create a batch file to open a QB file

I need a program that syncs with QB to have a particular QB file open for it to work. I can automate everything but I need a QB file open in QB for it to work. I don't want to have to sign in to the computer, open QB and then open the file ever time that system reboots.

Is there a way to automatically open a QB file without opening QB and manually opening the file?
