Can I disable QB's automatic payment reminder emails?

Hi there, 

 

QuickBooks is an extensive program which allows you to automate your business with ease. Sometimes it's necessary to disable the payment reminders and I'll be happy to show you how. 

 

Here are the simple steps you'll need to follow: 

  1. Go to Settings ⚙ and select Account and Settings.
  2. Select the Sales tab.
  3. Go to the Reminders section and select Edit ✏️.
  4. Select the Auto invoice reminder checkbox.
  5. Un-check the reminder. 

Once you've un-checked the reminder, click on Save and you're good to go. Keep in mind that automatic reminders only apply to new invoices. Turning off automatic reminders will remove them all from your invoices.
