Can I export data from clients qbo file. I have an export on qboa...can I use this for client files?

Exporting data from QuickBooks Online means that you'll be able to save copies of your company information to your computer, or an external hard drive. You can take advantage of the same export features that you have access to in QuickBooks Online Accountant.

In QuickBooks Online, the following reports can be exported: 

• General Ledger
• Profit and Loss
• Balance Sheet
• Trial Balance
• Journal

The following lists can also be exported:

• Customers
• Employees
• Suppliers
