You can use an importer tool.

Another option, you can purchase a 3rd party conversion service. Contact @Fiat Lux - ASIA for details.

Hi there d-bouchard-kdb-c,

Thanks for reaching out about importing information. QuickBooks Online is a great tool able to help you keep track of sales and expenses so you know the amount of profit of your company. I can point you in the right direction to import data.

QuickBooks Online can't connect to SAP Business One by itself to import information, but information can be imported from files, or it may be possible to connect the information through an app. Here are the lists and data that can be imported from files:

  • Bank data
  • Customer list
  • Supplier list
  • Chart of accounts
  • Products and services list
  • Invoices
  • Journal Entries
  • Bills

To see if there's an app made by a third-party developer available to make the connection, you can go to the Apps tab in QuickBooks, and use the search bar to see the ones available.

If you have any other questions, feel free to reach out here.
