Can I fix a banking link where established link exists but does not show recent transactions?

Hi MRSuzanne,

 

Welcome to Community!  You're banking is a vital part of your business and it's important that the transactions are accurate and up to date.  QuickBooks Online is designed to save you time while doing what you love.  I'd be happy to provide some insight here!

 

Initially, I recommend clearing cache on your browser and then log into your QuickBooks account in private or incognito, to see if you get the same result.  I also suggest other browsers such as Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari or Edge.

 

Once you've logged in, return to the banking module and hit Update.  If you're still not seeing the most recent transactions, I don't recommend disconnecting your bank and then reconnecting it.  There are times when the connection is lost for which our Development Team will need to restore it from our end.  Additionally, if you've created bank rules, any transactions related to the rule won't appear in the Review tab.  You'll find them in the Categorized section.
