At QuickBooks, we love being able to offer you the support you're looking for with your QuickBooks Online questions. There are a number of ways to get support for your QuickBooks questions, which I'll outline below so you know how you can get in touch.

 

The QuickBooks Community forum, where your question is currently posted, is a great place to get assistance from the QuickBooks Team as well as other QuickBooks users. You can share some detail about your situation to get help with finding a resolution to your situation. This can be a great option outside of support hours as another QuickBooks user may have just the answer you're looking for.

 

If you'd prefer to work with support directly or your question involves sensitive account information, there are a few other ways to get in touch. Here they are below.

 

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?)Help in the upper right > type and enter "Contact support" into the QB Assistant > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat. Support is available from Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. ET.

Using the Schedule a Callback feature, you can set up a callback from a member of our team that puts you in our phone queue. The wait typically isn't too long, but it can vary depending on the volume of calls on a given day. Feel free to give that option a try if you'd like.
