Can I have offline backup included the attachment.

That being said, there isn't an offline backup option for QuickBooks Online as it needs the Internet and the cloud to operate and access your details. As for attachments, you can easily download them from the Attachments page accessed through the Gear icon. To export them all at once, you can consider a third-party app for this as well.
