Hello junnyko,

It's great that you've got an accountant on your side to help you with managing your business's books. An accounting professional can ensure you're entering your data accurately, which saves time in the long run, especially when it comes to taxes. I'll help you with connecting with your accountant while using QuickBooks Self-Employed.

Since QuickBooks Self-Employed doesn't have an option for adding an accountant user, figuring out another way to connect with them is the way to get the job done. I recommend discussing with your accountant the best way for the two of you to review your data. Sharing your login details isn't something I would recommend since keeping your personal information safe is important. You can explore options such as exporting reports for your accountant to use. Here's how to easily do that when logged into QuickBooks Self-Employed through a browser.

  1. Go to qbo.ca.
  2. Hover over Sign in and choose QuickBooks Self-Employed.
  3. Enter your login credentials from the app.
  4. Once signed in, select the Reports tab.
  5. Select Download where available or the down arrow to see the Download option for other reports.

I can see how having a direct connection for your accountant to access would be ideal and help things run even more smoothly here. Here's how you can leave feedback for us about this to help us grow the product.

  1. Select the Assistant tool.
  2. Type and enter Feedback.
  3. Follow the prompts to leave feedback.

Feel free to stop by again with more questions.
