Hi jessekgamble-gma,

Welcome to Community!  It's great to hear that you're staying with the QuickBooks family!  Exporting your mileage from QuickBooks Self Employed can be downloaded in csv format.  I'd be happy to help!

Here's how to get your mileage for a specific year:

1. Go to the Reports menu and select the year from the dropdown

2. Choose View.  This will filter your trips for the tax year

3. Select the Download or Mileage icon

To get all of your mileage, follow these steps:

1. From the Trips menu, select a year

2. Choose Custom date and then the start and end dates

3. Hit Apply

4. Click All and then choose the Download or Mileage icon to get the information

At this time there isn't an option to import the mileage data into QuickBooks Online.  It'll need to be manually entered.  You can review your options for using a third party app.

In addition, if you'd like to see a feature for importing mileage into QuickBooks Online, you can provide a suggestion to our Development Team for future updates.  We appreciate any recommendation you may have to improve your overall customer experience with QuickBooks Online.

Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any other questions.  We'd be happy to help!
