Can items in Custom Drop Down Fields lists be manually sorted or at least be set to sort alphabetically by default.

Currently, the option to automatically sort the Custom field drop-down list alphabetically is unavailable. I can provide some guidance on what you can do about this, Mail.

The Custom field's drop-down list will appear based on how you set it up on the Edit custom field page. You'll want to edit the information and ensure that it is sorted in alphabetical order. To do so, follow the steps below:

1. Go to the Gear icon, and then select Custom fields.
2. Locate the field and click Edit in the Actions column.
3. Sort the drop-down list items in alphabetical order.
   
4. Click Save.

Once done, the list should now be displayed in the desired order.
