Can not create a new project? error message 'For SMB, client local id must not be null'?

I have had an open case since mid September. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx@xxxxxx.xxx has access to our account. Looking for advice or work around for creating project. I have several projects but can not create a new one.

same here. I am very disappointed for Intuit's QBO service. I have to create a lot of new projects every day. Customer service told me I have to wait up to 30 days to solve the problem. Can I delay up to 30 days to submit reports to CRA? The answer is no.

I am having the same problem and it is presenting a major issue.

Yesterday it worked for me to create a new project and the data synced back to our time/expense system as well.  For now it appears QBO is back to where it was

I'm having the same issue too!  Very frustrating to not be able to create a job.  It is essential for our business to be able to do this task in order to track costs associated to each job.  I will now have to do this manually! It's unbelievable that they put out the customer update without verifying that projects were not effected. I really hope this is rectified very soon!

It worked for me today.  No notice from QBO support but I tried again and was able to create a new project.  Good luck to you too!
