Can one restore a cancelled account?

Welcome to Community!  One of the many valuable features of QuickBooks Online, is having the ability to reactivate your account, so you can pick up where you left off.  We understand that many reasons may bring us to a point where we need to take a break from business, which is why our customers have one full year to resubscribe.  I'd be happy to help!

 

Here's how to reactivate your QuickBooks Online account;

 

1. Log into your QuickBooks Online account

2. Open your Settings ⚙ and select Account and settings

3. Click on the Billing an subscription tab

4. Select Reactivate or Resubscribe

5. Follow the on screen prompts to complete the process
