Can someone help me fix the pending delivery issue when I send emails

cannot send estimates, keeps saying there is a pending delivery issue

The information you've provided is not the outcome we'd expect, and for this situation I recommend contacting us outside of Community.  Our Customer Care team will have the ability to work with you directly and escalate the unexpected behavior for further investigation, if needed.

 

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?) Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > enter "Contact support" > hit Contact Us > provide a brief summary of your situation > hit Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
