Welcome to Community!  It's great to hear that you'd like to take advantage of the current QuickBooks Online promotional offer.  I'd be happy to provide some insight here!

 

If you've recently signed up for a 30-day free trial of QuickBooks Online, the promotional offer will not be applied.  This is because it's for new customers only.  However, you can continue to upgrade your subscription, by following the steps here.

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?) Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > enter "Contact support" > hit Contact Us > provide a brief summary of your situation > hit Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
