I can download PDF statements. Can transactions be converted from them, and manually uploaded to QBO?

Hey there d-at-bhd,

Welcome to the QuickBooks Community! Thanks for reaching out to us here. Being able to enter your transactions in QuickBooks without running into any issues is important. I would be happy to provide some information.

If you're unable to sync your bank to QuickBooks Online, It may be browsing data on your system that is preventing the software from doing what it is supposed to do. Here are some steps to resolve issues that are caused by browsing data:

If you're still unable to connect your bank, I recommend reaching out to the support team outside of the Community. They'll be able to verify your account details in a secure setting, as well as view your screen to better assist you. They also have the necessary tools to create a ticket to get the issue resolved if they see fit. You can reach them by following one of these methods:

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?)Help in the upper right > type and enter "Contact support" into the QB Assistant > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
Social Media: Facebook and Twitter

** As a work around, you can manually upload your transactions by following the steps in this helpful guide. I also encourage you to review this guide on how to Format CSV files in Excel to get bank transactions into QuickBooks. **

If you have any other questions, feel free to reach out here.
