Hello Janet and thanks for being part of the QuickBooks family,

When it comes to printing cheques, I know how vital it is that the alignment is spot on. Printing your cheques directly from within QuickBooks Online is a great way to streamline the process of paying your bills or employees. Let me point you in the right direction to get to the bottom of this issue you're experiencing with Adobe Reader.

Since it's Adobe Reader and Windows 10 or Google Chrome that are posing the issue, it may be worthwhile to reach out to a general IT support person or more specific support. Here at QuickBooks my team and I are trained to support you on the technical aspects of QuickBooks, but when it comes to using Adobe Reader we aren't well-versed. I can advise you on how to print your cheques from QBO but I can't help you troubleshoot these types of issues.

There are some tips and tricks in the article below, as well as some links for downloading Adobe Reader. I recommend reading through it and trying to download Adobe Reader through the links provided and following the specific steps.

If the article doesn't get you on the right track, I know support for the appropriate operating system or software will. I wish you all the best and am confident you'll have this feature up and running as expected in no time. Take care!
