Can't register 2015CAQuickbooks

We are a small company trying to migrate our 2015 CA  Quickbooks from an Old PC to a New PC. 

But after installing the application into the New PC it asks for registration and we can't seem to register.

 

Error Msg: (Something Along the lines of) Registration not completed.

It's vital that you have access to your QuickBooks program to be able to manage your books. QuickBooks Desktop is a great tool able to help you keep track of expenses and sales so you can see the profit of your business. I can point you in the right direction for assistance registering your software on your new computer.

 

For help activating QuickBooks Desktop on your new computer, you'd need to reach out to the QuickBooks Desktop support team outside of the Community. They'll be able to verify your account information with you in a secure setting to help you get the correct information so you can access your software. You can reach them using the methods outlined in the QuickBooks Desktop software support policies.

    Hi Alex, 

     

    Thanks for the prompt response. Just wanted to know if it is still possible to register QuickBook 2015 CA  Premier onto a New PC. Because we were told by the partners here in Singapore, that it is no longer possible to do so. 

     

    Just wanted to confirm that so we don't get conned into upgrading just because they want us to.

    Did you purchase the license via that partner? They should help you to get the activation code. Otherwise, you must chat Support to ask the activation code directly.
