Hi rahima-gulam-rtb,

It's fantastic to hear from our new members here in the QuickBooks Community. I'm sure you'll find support and answers to your questions. QuickBooks Online does keep a record of all transactional changes for audit reasons. Depending on your user permissions, you can review the audit log and any edits that have been done. Let me show you the way.

You can view any modified transactions through the Audit Log; however, there is no report type of list. To get to the Audit Log, go to the Gear Icon. In the tools column, you'll find the Audit Log. You can filter the transactions to narrow down the ones you'd like to view by clicking on the Filter dropdown to choose what information you want to review. In the Event column of the audit log, any transactions that have been changed will say Edited

I include a couple of articles that run through using the audit log and how to view any modifications if you'd like to peruse them:

As you go through this, reach back out if you have any questions. Have an amazing day!
