Can you help ?My banking transactions will not load for transactions after November 10th , although , the bank feed says it has updates moments ago?

We updated all the banking information yesterday, we bank with TD bank

It's nice to see you in Community.  Welcome!  I can understand the benefit of having your transactions automatically uploaded so you can categorize, match and reconcile your accounts effortlessly.  QuickBooks online automatically updates your transactions when your accounts are connected.  I'd be happy to help!

 

When your transactions are not updating, it's important to clear cache and try other browsers to see if you get the same result.  Recommended browsers include, Google Chrome, Edge, Safari, Firefox, Private or Incognito.  If you get a bank error, follow this link to learn what to do.  If the issue persists, please contact us outside of Community.  This will provide us with the opportunity to work with you directly and investigate the unexpected behavior in more depth from our end.  In the interim, you can manually upload your transactions so your account remains balanced and up to date.
