Hi grantbutterworth,

Mistakes like that are common but don't worry, I'll be happy to share more info on this so you can get back to doing what you love. QuickBooks is designed to help you get ahead with your work with our cutting-edge features.

If you're referring to your subscription, I'd encourage you to log into the account in question and if you're having issues with logging in, check out this helpful article that shows you how to reset your password or recover your user ID for QuickBooks Online. Once you're logged in, I suggest using the Audit log to track changes made to your account. The Audit Log tracks user login/logout activity, changes to settings, customers, suppliers, and employees. In order to find the deleted entries, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to Settings ⚙ and select Audit Log.
  2. Select Filter.
  3. Use the fields on the Filter panel to choose the appropriate UserDate, or Events filter to narrow the results.
  4. If you've recently created these entries, locate them on the Audit log screen, click on the blue link to open the transaction in question. You can use this info to recreate/re-enter the entries to your account.
  5. Select Apply.

Give this a try and if you have questions, don't hesitate to reach back to me in the comments below. I've got your back.
