Can you VOID checks in an IIF file?

We do tons of checks a month, and really need to start voiding checks in batch mode.  Can you upload a VOIDed check in an IIF file?  If not formally "void", can we just reverse the signs, and keep the CHeck Number?  We just don't want all those checks looking like Outstanding Checks anymore.  So, any batch processing way to void checks would be great.  Thanks!

Glad to have you reach out to us in the Community. I can see the benefit of being able to batch void cheques and upload voided cheques in QuickBooks. Don't worry, I'll be happy to steer you on the right path with this so you can get back to doing what you enjoy.

 

 While these features aren't available in QuickBooks, I see this is a great opportunity to send feedback to our engineers. You can do this by clicking on the Help menu > Send Feedback Online. New product ideas are largely inspired by the valuable feedback we get from users like you.
