Canadian Western Bank Bank Feed for Quickbooks Desktop

We have a Canadian Western Bank (CWB) account and when we try to set up the bank feeds in Quickbooks Desktop it sends us to the old CWB website not the new site.  I can download the .qbo file from the CWB website but QB will not accept it and gives a pop up saying "QuickBooks is unable to verify the Financial Institution information for this download." 

 

QB sends us to "https://www6.memberdirect.net/brand/ab_cwbank"  when the new website is "https://www.cwb.digital/"

 

None of the common fixes work.  How can we get our .qbo file into QB from CWB?

Thanks for reaching back out S4Driver.  Previous versions, QuickBooks 2020 or earlier will not import the .QBO files. Please ensure that your QuickBooks Desktop product is updated to the latest release, so you can enjoy the new and improved features and updates. If you experience the same outcome, please contact our QuickBooks Desktop specialists outside of Community.
