Cannot access any client files in Microsoft Edge; 404 error in Google Chrome
- I cannot access any of my clients under my QuickBooks Online Accountant in Microsoft Edge. A loading screen appears and stays there indefinitely. I tried this on another computer as well. Clearing cache and history doesn't work either. However, I can access the companies under Google Chrome.
- In Google Chrome, when accessing a company through QuickBooks Online Accountant, the first screen to appear is a "404" error, though I can navigate to a different page using the menu on the left.
Please advise.
