Cannot activate premium 2017 on a new computer
We have two licenses for Quickbooks 2017 Premium but have been using one only for several years.
Recently we try to install the software on a secondary computer but after installing successfully, we cannot take any actions like opening a company file without being asked to activate quickbooks. Once click "begin activate" button on the activation page, we are redirected to the Intuit Account - Sign In page, and it simply stuck there. the circle keeps turning as if it is not able to reach the server.
Overall I have two questions:
1. why do I have to activate again after the code was put in when installing?
2. any thoughts on why I can't get past the sing in page would be appreciated (windows firewalls are turned off and no antivirus software installed)
