Cannot find the file menu in Quickbooks online?

I downloaded Quickbooks 2019 (online version for teachers) and cannot find the file menu in order to create new companies and also open up sample companies for academic purposes. Any thoughts. The book that I am goin to be using is USING INTUIT QuickBooks Premier 2019 for Windows. I teach at CDI College (Burnaby) BC.
