CIBC bank statements are no longer uploading.

When I try to import CIBC bank stmts there is a message "we don't import statement for this account". I have been successfully importing statements for many months. There was a recent issue with the CIBC bank feed, is this part of that same issue?

Try opening your QBO account on any private/incognito browser. Did you encounter the same message?

Thanks for reaching out here.  Having your bank statements automatically uploaded in QuickBooks Online is a great time saver when reconciling your account.  I'd be happy to provide more information so you're on the right track with your work!

 

QuickBooks Online is currently investigating the situation with CIBC.  Although we don't have an ETA for resolution, our Development Team is working diligently to get this fixed as soon as possible.  If you'd like to be notified when it's been resolved, please contact us so we can gather the information needed to keep you informed on the investigation status.

 

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?) Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > enter "Contact support" > hit Contact Us > provide a brief summary of your situation > hit Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
