Client access email not working

I have a client trying to give me access to their QBO plus, the email link contains the "Let's go" link, to accept access. When clicking on the link, the link is invalid. Any suggestions? Or is this a bug?

Hi canadaaccountant33,

 

Welcome to Community!  It's great to hear that your client is adding you to their books.  QuickBooks Online enables the Primary Admin to manage users and invite their accountant seamlessly.  I would be glad to help!

 

When an invitation is sent, you will have two days to accept it, before it expires.  If it hasn't been accepted, your client will need resend the invitation.   Here's how;

 

1. They'll open their Settings ⚙, and choose Manage users

2. Open the Accountants or Accounting firms tab

3. In the Action column, select Delete

4. Click on the Invite button to send a new invitation

 

In addition, I suggest right clicking on the invitation when you receive it, then open it in a private/incognito window.  If you continue to hit a 'snag', please don't hesitate to contact our Customer Care team for further review, and possible escalation for investigation with our Development Team.
