Convert from QBDT to QBO, Non for profit, Pro and Cons please

As a registered Canadian Charity, using Quickbook desktop

what do you think about converting to QBO ?

Pro and Cons ?

+ No server/network required, only need internet

+ No IT person to manage

+ various 3rd party apps

- Subscription (in case you are still using an outright license)

- No backup restore feature (only available in QBO Advanced, or purchase a 3rd party app)

- Reporting capabilities may be lacking from QB Desktop

- Need to purchase a 3rd party service to convert big data or migrate specific data (e.g attachments, custom fields, jobs).
