Hi there, @calvin-cstt-com. Let me share information about converting QuickBooks Online (QBO) to QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT).

I understand that you need to convert your data from QBO to QBDT. At this time, the process is only available to US versions. Moving your QBO CA version to QBDT is unavailable. The good news is that you can look for a third-party conversion tool to ease the process.

You can find an application from this link: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/app/apps/home/.

Once you've converted your file, you can read through the resources from this link to start working with our desktop version: Find QuickBooks help articles, Community discussions with other QuickBooks users, video tutorials, and more.

If you have other questions while converting your QuickBooks account, let me know by adding a comment below. I'm always here to help. Have a good one!

Hi there tannistimmer,

It's important that all your information is set up properly for your books to be well-balanced. QuickBooks Desktop is a great tool able to import information from various files like CSV, Excel, or IIF to get your information into your books during setup. I can point you in the right direction to import information.

There isn't a way to import all information directly from QuickBooks Online to QuickBooks Desktop. It would need to be done by importing files with reports and lists. This can be done by following the options provided in this article.

if you have any other questions, feel free to reach out here.
