Created a new account under Chart of Accounts - doesn't show up when creating invoices

I have created a number of new accounts under the Chart of Accounts and followed the procedure outlined.  When I look at the Chart of Accounts, they are listed there.  However, when I'm doing a new invoice and use the pull-down menu on Product/Service, it doesn't recognize the number and asks if I want to add a new account.

 

I'm not sure why it doesn't recognize the new account?  Screenshot attached.

I'd like to start off by troubleshooting this issue to determine if it's a browser-related issue. Clearing cache and cookies is a great way to clean your browser allowing it to work more efficiently. Here's an article that shows you how to do that: How to clear cache and cookies. If this doesn't work, I suggest using a private/incognito window to see if that works instead.
