Credit card fees

We accept credit card payments through QuickBooks. Those payments go into a specific bank account but I see that the credit card processing fees also run through that account. Is there any way that we can have the account that the fees are taken from changed while leaving the payments going through the existing account?

Welcome to the QuickBooks Community! Thanks for reaching out to us here. QuickBooks Online is a great tool able to help keep your books balanced. I would be happy to provide some information.

 

At this time, there isn't a way to have two separate accounts linked to Payments. I can see how having this option would be beneficial for you and your company. I recommend leaving feedback by heading to the Gear icon and selecting the Feedback option. These comments are viewed and considered by our developers as they create new features and updates for QuickBooks.
