Credit Card Payment - French version of Quickbooks Online

I can't enter a credit card info when I try to add a payment form a customer when the software is in French. It works in English but my customer and employees do not speak English. How or when will this be available in the french application?

Thanks for reaching out to us here. It's important that your employees and customers are able to read important information and invoices from your account. I can provide some information about the payments feature.

 

 We do not have an ETA on when this option will be available for the french version of QuickBooks. When entering your credit card information on the English version, you are able to transfer the language back to French. The credit card information should still be in there. You do not have to keep your QuickBooks in English in order for the Payments feature to work. The only time you would need to put your account back to English, is when you would have another credit card to enter. I can see that having the option to enter Credit cards in the french version is important and would benefit you as well as your employees and customers. I recommend leaving feedback by navigating to the Gear icon and selecting the Feedback option. These comments are viewed and considered by our developers as they create new features for QuickBooks.
